Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Time My Talk (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Time My Talk is a mobile application that helps you organize, time, and refine talks and presentations. The App is available on iOS (via the Apple App Store) and Android (via Google Play).

Subscriptions

The App offers optional auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features.

  • Subscription details (title, length, and price) are displayed in the App before purchase.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Managing subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device’s App Store or Google Play settings.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App, including talk titles, sections, and text. By using cloud sync features, you authorize the App to store your content in your personal cloud storage (iCloud or Google Drive).

AI Features

The App offers AI-powered features to generate content variations. When you use these features:

  • Your text is sent to a third-party AI service for processing.
  • The AI-generated content is provided as a suggestion; you are responsible for reviewing and accepting any changes.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App’s services or servers
  • Use the App to infringe on the rights of others

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding user-created content), features, and functionality are owned by Appsiom and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appsiom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Platform-Specific Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of the platform through which you obtained it:

In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and the platform-specific terms, the platform-specific terms shall prevail for matters related to that platform.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
